Can you update it online, or must you visit an Aadhaar centre? Check in 30 seconds

Quick answer

In 2026 you can do address and document updates online on myAadhaar, and email (and in eligible cases mobile number and address) in the new Aadhaar app. Name, date of birth, gender, photo and fingerprints still need a visit to an Aadhaar Seva Kendra or enrolment centre. Use the checker below for your case.
