Privacy policy
What data HumainOne collects (very little), cookies, advertising and your rights under Indian law.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
HumainOne (“we”) runs humainone.in. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the site. In short: we do not ask for or store your personal identity documents, and our calculators never send your inputs anywhere.
1. Information we do not collect
- We never ask for Aadhaar numbers, PAN, bank account details, passwords or OTPs.
- Calculator and checker inputs (salary, basic pay, answers you tap) are processed only in your browser and are not sent to us or stored by us.
2. Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, for security and to keep the site running. These are kept for a limited period.
- Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful — for example pages viewed, time on page, device type, browser and approximate location (city level). Google sets cookies for this. We do not send Google your calculator inputs or any identity details. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser’s cookie settings.
- Browser storage: we may store small settings (such as a dismissed notice) in your browser. You can clear them at any time.
3. Advertising and cookies
We use or may use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. Emails you send us
If you email contact@humainone.in, we use your email address and message only to reply. We do not sell or share it. Please do not include identity documents.
5. Children
HumainOne is a general information site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you (normally only an email you sent), ask us to correct or erase it, and raise a grievance. Write to contact@humainone.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within the time required by law.
7. Links to other websites
We link to official government websites and other sources. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
8. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change (for example, if we add analytics), and change the date above.
