Check Authentication History on myAadhaar, mobile connections in your name on Sanchar Saathi, and your credit report for unknown loans.
Can money be withdrawn using only Aadhaar?
AePS withdrawals need your Aadhaar number and a fingerprint. Fraudsters use cloned fingerprints, which is why locking biometrics protects you.

1930 / cybercrime.gov.in for money fraud, 1947 / help@uidai.gov.in to UIDAI, your bank, and the local police.
