PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana: up to ₹15,000 for your first private job — who qualifies and how to get it
Under the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (Employment Linked Incentive, Part A), first-time private-sector employees registering with EPFO and earning up to ₹1 lakh a month can get one month’s EPF wage, up to ₹15,000, in two installments — after 6 months and after 12 months of service (the second also needs a financial literacy course). You must have a UAN activated with Aadhaar face authentication and an Aadhaar-seeded bank account. It covers jobs created from 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2027.
